Meet our Office Staff
When you enter our clinic, you’ll be greeted by the front office staff. Our front office handles all of your information in house, from answering the phones to admissions and medical records. We want you to know that your care is important to us, which is why our staff will answer the phone instead of a recording. For an initial evaluation, our office staff enters all of your information into the computer before your appointment so that the therapist has everything at their fingertips during your visit. When scheduling your appointments, we offer a variety of times to work around your schedule to the best of our ability. Our front office maintains direct contact with all of our therapists to better assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We do not outsource your medical records or information to anyone. We have an in office billing staff that handles all of your insurance questions and needs. We speak directly with your insurance company to work out any problems that may arise. Patient statements are printed and mailed directly from our office. If you have any questions or need to make a payment, we can handle that here in office, by phone, email, or mail. We feel that choosing where to attend therapy is an important decision. We offer facility tours to anyone looking to find a therapy home.
