When scheduling your appointments, we offer a variety of times to work around your schedule to the best of our ability. Our front office maintains direct contact with all of our therapists to better assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We do not outsource your medical records or information to anyone. We have an in-office billing staff that handles all of your insurance questions and needs. We speak directly with your insurance company to work out any problems that may arise. Patient statements are printed and mailed directly from our office. If you have any questions or need to make a payment, we can handle that here in office, by phone, email, or mail. We feel that choosing where to attend therapy is an important decision. We offer facility tours to anyone looking to find a therapy home.
